广州中船黄埔造船有限公司是中国船舶工业集团所属大型骨干企业之一，同时也是华南地区较大型的造船、修船、近海工程的重型企业。公司位于广州市东南部的长洲岛，毗邻闻名于世的黄埔军校。公司的三大事业部之一修船事业部具有强大的船舶修理和改装能力。拥有12000吨举力（长160米×宽45/33.5米）和2400吨举力浮船坞各一座，万吨级干坞一座，码头岸线3000余米、水深6—9米，生产车间和设备齐全，技术人员实力雄厚。公司坚持“客户之上，优质高效，服务周到”的经营理念，与德国、希腊、丹麦、俄罗斯、新加坡、越南、日本、韩国、泰国、马来西亚、土耳其、阿联酋和香港、台湾地区等及国内各大航运公司建立了良好的合作关系，每年完成一百多艘船舶修理和改装。

CSSC GUANGZHOU HUANGPU SHIPBUILDING CO.，LTD(HPS, ex name Guangzhou Huangpu Shipyard) subordinates to the China State Shipbuilding Corporation, is the main fabrication base for ship building、ship repairing and offshore engineering in south of China. HPS is located on Changzhou Island, southeastern of Guangzhou, near to the famous “Huangpu Military Academy”. Ship Repairing Division, as one of company’s three divisions, has strong ship repairing and conversion ability. It owns two floating docks with 12,000T (L160×B45/33.5) and 2,400T lifting capacity, and one 10,000 DWT dry dock. The wharf length is about 3000meters, depth is between 6 and 9 meters. HPS has comprehensive Workshops、facilities and technical staff. Adhering to the business tenet of “ship-owner first 、quality first and delivery in time”, good relationship has been made with the shipping companies from Germany, Greece, Demark, Russia, Singapore, Vietnam, Japan, Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, the regions of Hong Kong ,Taiwan and many large domestic shipping companies so on. Every year HPS can finish ship repairing and conversion more than one hundred.
