日照临港国际物流有限公司成立于2007年，由日照港（集团）岚山港务公司及其职工持股会共同投资组建，注册资金1000万元，是岚山港务公司的控股子公司，独立法人企业。公司现有职工200余人，总资产5000余万元，主要从事港口仓储物流业务。目前，主要以铁矿石、镍矿的储存经营为主，仓储面积达500余亩，另外占地600余亩的港口木材物流园区已建成投产。
公司下属的山东临港国际货运有限公司，注册资金500万元，为其全资子公司，现有职工20余人，经营范围为：国际贸易、船舶代理、货运代理、报关报检、配载运输等业务，为客户提供便捷的“一条龙“服务。
公司的经营目标是：紧紧依靠港口资源优势，充分整合物流资源，集船代、货代、配载、运输、仓储等服务功能于一体，为客户提供完善的“门——门”一站式服务。
