1.yydj系列集装箱吊具所有动作采用plc程序控制方式，强大的动作保护功能，可实现防误
操作，为设备工作的安全性提供有力的保证。
﹔﹔2.液压系统:
﹔﹔ ﹔﹔yydj系列吊具的液压系统采用了原装力士乐品牌和派克品牌的液压阀件、液压泵和
液压密封件，提升了吊具液压系统的品质，保证了液压系统良好的稳定性和长久的使用寿
命。
3.导板装置:yydj系列吊具配置了两种方式的导板装置，以适应不同的使用要求。
﹔﹔ ﹔﹔ ﹔﹔ 液压式导板(吊具yydj)由旋转液压缸驱动，可以提供所需的170度回转，其运动
平稳可调，当导板夹下时，在集装箱顶面下400mm处的推力为额定的200公斤，专有的液压
缓冲上翻起时，吊具就没有任何部件突出在集装箱轮廓的垂直投影面之外了。
4. ﹔﹔ 固定式导板(吊具yydj)采用可拆卸式结构设计，根据实际使用的需要，工作人员可
以很方便的将其装上和拆卸。
﹔﹔5.旋锁装置:
﹔﹔ ﹔﹔ ﹔﹔ yydj系列吊具的旋锁是经过特殊设计的，并且用43crmo 材料锻造而成，每1个
旋锁的最大载荷为300kn。吊具的开闭锁装置通过液压缸控制，当集装箱被悬空时，液压缸
的动作被plc程序锁住;同时每个旋锁上还有1个机械闭锁装置，可对出现程序故障等意外
情况时提供可靠的安全保护。吊具具有浮动式旋锁，更易于旋锁的对箱操作，即使是有些
变形的集装箱也可以正常起吊。
6.平衡装置:
﹔﹔ ﹔﹔ ﹔﹔yydj系列吊具设有液压驱动调平装置，在集装箱发生装载偏心时，对吊具重心进
行调整，使集装箱在起吊过程中始终保持平衡姿态，确保了装卸作业的安全可靠性。
