广东粤电航运有限公司是广东省粤电集团有限公司旗下航运企业。
2001年8月8日，广东省粤电集团有限公司应国家电力体制改革，承继原广东省电力集团公司的发电业务而组建。截至2014年底，公司注册资本金230亿元人民币，总资产1308.69亿元，全资及控股电厂装机容量2695.58万千瓦，现有全资、控股、参股单位140余家，并控股上市公司--广东电力发展股份有限公司（粤电力）。公司产业以发电为主，并积极向航运、煤炭、天然气、金融、环保等上下游领域延伸，推进核心价值的有效提升。
广东粤电航运有限公司2005年5月在深圳注册成立，注册资本金24.658亿元，其中，广东省粤电集团有限公司占45%股份，广东电力发展股份有限公司占35%股份，广东省电力开发有限公司占20%股份。目前，公司资产规模超过60亿元。经营船舶29艘，全部冠以“粤电”字号，是华南区域最大、全国第四大干散货船队。其中自有散货船20艘，代营散货船4艘，总运力171.5万吨，涵盖载重吨位5.7 万吨大灵便型船舶到11.5万吨好望角型船舶，具备经营国内沿海、近洋和远洋航线资质，航线遍及全球。另有3200匹以上拖轮5艘，总拖力20400匹，主要在粤东沿海港口开展拖轮作业。

Guangdong Yudean Shipping Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as ‘the Company’) was established in May 2005 in Shenzhen, China, her registered capital is RMB 2.4658 billion. So far, the Company is the largest coastal bulk-cargo shipping company in south China area and ranks the fourth in China. The Company operates 29 vessels using the prefix ‘YUE DIAN’ in name, including 20 bulk carriers of owned and 4 bulk carriers of brother company, total capacity is 1.715 million DWT, covering dry bulk carriers from Supramax 57000 DWT to Mini-Cape ****** DWT. All the owned vessels are flying five-star red flags, with CCS classification certificates and qualification certificates for transportation in domestic coastal and ocean route. The Company also owns 5 tugs ,each 3200 BHP at least, total 20400 BHP engaging in port towage operation in Eastern Guangdong Province.
The Company’s business scope mainly includes domestic coastal transportation of general goods, International transportation of general goods, domestic commercial supply and marketing, and tugboat operation at ports.
